I have pretty much always had a great experience depositing a check.... I have been with Northwest Bank for years now and honestly have only had one or two bad experiences and both were when I first opened an account here and both were easy fixes once I realized it was my issue and not the bank at the time, but I'll be a value client/customer for as long as you will have me thank you and happy 4th of July.

Mobile deposit takes 3-4 tries. Also - constant message pop-ups that take up the entire screen. Otherwise it works well enough.

E-deposit camera view is bugged and not displaying box properly. Deposits won't go through. I use the app because the ONLY BRANCH IN THE COUNTY (they closed them all) is 20+ mins across town. Thanks for wasting my time YET AGAIN... I HATE NWB I only have it because of all I have connected to my acc.

This app sucks, slow updates sometimes. They changed the layout, so stuffs spaced all off looking now. No dark mode so is bright af. Simple changes like leaving the font and spacing the same would be great with some dark mode. It works good for bill pays and belle that's why it gets two not one star.

Continuously tells me my login credentials are invalid. Everything I need to sign in, I need to delete and re-download the app for it to function correctly.

The check depositing function is not the best. The system should complete the first image quality check and then allow you to fix it rather than email you an hour later. Still after app updates, it has issues focusing. Those issues make using the app useless.
