The website and app functionality is horrible. Norwex really needs to rethink their setup for both. I think they should have 2 apps. One strictly for Consultants and one for Customers only with a link to become a Consultant. I am a Consultant and pretty Tech savvy and still confused on just placing an order for me and the customer. It's too much going on of everything. The customer experience should be very easy to use and easy for the consultant to explain. Simplicity Norwex Simplicity.
