I rate this good experience because I had never used but once I get to order some for the first time than I'll be happy with my order once it becomes my first time ordering stuff and receiving it for the first time well enough I'll rate this as good explanation and good customer service feedback experience.

Brilliant App I can track my shop runner orders and out of network with live tracking. I can start my free return. The app gives me access to a lot of retailers for shopping. All in one place. Cannot wait for new features.

Shop runner member since 2016. I'm again reminded why I don't (can't) use it. Because of tech issues that without fail~ get in the way. If only the app and site were without fail. My beef today is after finally being able to select and enable push notifications orders are not being tracked beyond the initial order date. Some orders don't appear at all (ie an order an Amazon merchant used FedEx to ship the order)

I used the Shop Runner app without any issues until today. The logo page pops up however it doesn't do anything afterward. The app developer needs to address this issue asap.

Can't sign in. may be the "not a robot"? Pics are too small and too lowered and/or too blurry. Happened recently with another app. Can't sign in, can't use the app. Anybody wants to do something about this?
