It's helpful, the app has a timer for how long you have not smoked, that's it for me knowing I've not smoked for 48 hours I want to keep going and avoid messing up

This app keeps me motivated to stay off the cigarettes. It counts the number and packs I didn't smoke, as well as the amount of money saved. I like reading the health information, so I can check my progress to healthier lungs. I also use an exercise app. 31 days smoke-free with the two combined (and hypnosis).

Math is wrong. I understand using a figure like 4.35 for weeks in a month, but there are a solid 12 months in a year and the math is wrong. I can't use an app where the math is wrong.
