Notary Journal & Fee Guide

Keep your notary journal on your phone: an encrypted, tamper-evident electronic journal for mobile notaries and signing agents, with your state's maximum-fee guide built in, for one purchase.

WHY THIS NOTARY JOURNAL
- Log each notarial act in seconds, with on-screen signature capture
- Optional licence-barcode scan fills in signer details on-device; the image is never stored
- Entries are hash-chained, so tampering is evident
- Records stay on your device, encrypted (SQLCipher); no account, no cloud, no sign-up
- Optional photo and GPS fields, both off by default
- Search, filter, and export to PDF or CSV at any time

YOUR STATE'S RULES AND FEES
Journal rules vary by state. The app includes a per-state guide: whether a journal is required, whether an electronic journal is accepted, your state's maximum notary fees, and remote online notarization (RON) basics. It also applies per-state field rules automatically: Montana, Pennsylvania and Texas prohibit recording ID numbers, while California, Massachusetts and Missouri require them. Where a state requires a paper journal (Arizona, Missouri, Washington), the app can serve as a supplementary record. Always verify with your commissioning authority.

PAY ONCE, OWN IT
- Free download: your state's fee guide, journal and RON rules, and your first 20 entries
- One one-time purchase (US$19.99) unlocks unlimited entries; no subscription
- Viewing records, search, PDF/CSV export and encrypted backup are always free, never paywalled
