Great app when it works. It stopped uploading my entries to the system a month ago and just had them as "pending" - reached out to the company for help but no reply. It just deleted my 17 pending entries which defeats the whole purpose of having an electronic journal. Really irritated.

Time consuming app My paper journal is more efficient than this app. I have to make manual entries for the same signer for each document. Signers who dont like technology gets pretty uneasy with you snapping a pic of their ID. There is no field available to just enter the ID number and expiration date. The app does not save the signer infornation when you have to notarize several documents for the same signer making you enter the signers information each and every time. I did a few with this app but reverted back.
