How to copy data from FREE version? 1. In version FREE. Create a Backup: "Notepad - menu - three points - Settings - Backup. Create / Restore - Click here to create a backup". Backup will appear in the list below. Really backup file will be created in sd card . The file extansion is ".nsafe". You can find it in the Backup folder. The path to the folder: "Notepad - menus - three points - Settings - Backup. Create / Restore - Backup folder".
2. Install the PRO version. By default PRO has the same Backup folder as FREE version. If not then copy the file ".nsafe" to the PRO backup folder or change the path to the folder. The file will appear in the list. Click on it in the list and in the menu that appears, select "Restore". Done.

Liked it a lot in fact I like this journal app a lot. The encryption and self-destruct functions are super cool! The last update fixed most all the problems I saw with the last version and added a few themes which I appreciated. The only downside is now I cannot attach photos, and it makes a weird unnamed text file sometimes that I cannot read, I fear the encryption is glitching which makes me uncomfortable. UPDATE:everything I didn't like has been fixed, changing my rating to 5 stars.

I paid for the "Pro" version, simply to find it refused to open the saved file w/all my saved data from the "free version". Not fit for purpose. Have been refunded. A great disappointment.
