A great note-taking app with all the features I need. Stylus support, customized notebook covers and page templates plus if you get premium they provide extra neat templates like the flexible year planner, which I love. I use this for teaching, tuition, basketball coaching and keeping track of the various projects and home improvements. One request would be to improve locking to a page, so it doesn't accidentally move when my palm touches it.

I’ve been using Note shelf 3 (Fluid Touch) on Android for work notes and quick personal lists, and it feels smooth so far. The stylus handwriting tools are easy to use, and switching between pens, highlighters, templates, and shapes doesn’t feel cluttered. PDF import and markup worked well, and the Google Drive backup option is useful. Overall, it’s a solid app for keeping handwritten notes organized digitally. Its integrated well with my Samsung, no problems yet.

I'm a long term & very active Note shelf user. Migrating to Note shelf 3 seemed like a good idea however the process to transfer your notes across doesn't work reliably - it transfers a few, then gives up - I ended up having to move over 200 across one at a time. I discovered while doing this that Note shelf hasn't backing up all my notes and ... neither does Note shelf 3. It's currently failing to back up six despite multiple attempts. So good software but don't rely on its backup to cloud.

What I hate about this app is that it syncs the old notes I deleted in to the device I'm currently using, and it also syncs into my other devices. Syncing of the latest notes I edited also failed despite having good internet connection. The other thing I don't like is that I can only insert a page with single template that the note is currently using. I can't insert other template style that I prefer like Graph or dotted template page on a single page. There's also no option for A3 size page.

5-Star Potential, But Critical Bugs Hold It Back I truly wish I could give this Indian-origin app the 5-star rating it deserves. It is one of my favorite tools and easily has the potential to become number one. However, the sync feature performs terribly and has been completely neglected by developers. Essential features like outlines and hyperlinks don't work, and bugs make notes disappear. I cannot risk losing my data anymore, but I will gladly return once these are fixed.
