It uses a 24-hour time format when it should adopt the phone system format. The settings have nothing to do with settings, so there is no way to change it. Because I have apps that remain in the notification bar to keep the app alive such as widgets, etc. leaving the notification lights flashing for all eternity. You need some actual settings that we can make those type of adjustments.
