Notitrail: Notification Log

Dismissed a notification by accident? Someone deleted a message before you read it? Notitrail keeps a notification history on your phone, so you can read it again.

WHAT IT DOES
• Notification log: every new notification is saved with the app, sender, full text and time.
• See deleted messages: if a chat message is deleted after it arrived, the text you received stays in your history.
• Missed notifications in one timeline, grouped by day, with app filters.
• Apps → conversations: group chats and private chats are kept apart, so a busy group never buries a 1:1 message.
• Search by one word: app, sender or message text, with Today / 7 days / 30 days filters.
• Copy, share or delete a single entry. Tap to open the original app when possible.
• Home screen widget: today's count and the latest 3 notifications.

LIGHT ON BATTERY AND STORAGE
Choose how long to keep history: 7, 30 or 90 days, or forever. Older entries are cleaned up automatically. No permanent icon in your status bar.

RECORDING YOU CAN TRUST
A status card on the timeline shows whether recording is on. If the connection drops, Notitrail tells you and helps you reconnect.

PRIVACY
Notitrail needs Notification access only to save the notifications you receive into this notification saver. Everything is stored on your phone. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no account. Notifications already on your phone are not touched, and recording starts from the moment you allow access. You can exclude any app, delete one entry, or wipe all history at any time.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Only notifications that arrive after you turn on access can be saved. Messages from before cannot be recovered.
• Photos and attachments are not saved, only the text shown in the notification.
• Light, dark or system theme.
