We are Nova kid customers for over 2 years. My kids love their interactive lessons and the ability to adjust the schedule to their needs. It does take a while to find a good teacher, but once found it's an amazing experience. They have lessons twice a week and made great progress. They made great progress in grammar and vocabulary and are working hard towards improving their speaking skills.

Spend long time in choosing teacher and suitable time,,, you can't find 1 teacher for your child in suitable time,,, policy of refund not clear in Website,,, they surprised you by new policy of refunds not clear or different during marketing, also there are too much technical issue during class , I lost many classes

No proper function & no customer support The app doesn't show the screen the teacher shows, only a fraction of it. Screen keeps to dimm when not touched again. The app suggests to log in via SMS but no SMS is received. No support in time - starts at 11am. First teacher didn't show up, tried to chat with her. If you leave the room and enter it again the chat is gone. Nova kid directly recommends to use Safari or Chrome instead. Nova kid advises to brake local law and use VPN.

I like the idea that my kids take private lessons from home with affordable prices. But here commenting about the app: When I click on the progress button in the bottom menu to see the progress of my child, it automatically launches a permission request for audio recording? I refuse and I can't see the progress. Why do you need to record my voice to show me the progress of my child?!
