I tried this app, which scanned the modem to troubleshoot. It then has the section where it has contact, but then when you email them from the app, it comes back as an invalid email, nownz.co.uz Not sure if this app should be trusted, seeing as this provider has been around long enough, not to give an incorrect link and looks like any negative reviews were removed.

No longer works on Android 5.0 tablet. Why can't these companies leave their apps alone instead of constantly fiddling with them and making them unusable? This seals it. I'm going to move to another broadband provider.
