Earlier today, I had a problem with the app not being able to recognize my location when I was trying to redeem my $1 off weekly coupon. I checked to see that the app was given location permission, and it does have location permission enabled. I thought about the issue later on, and I tried clearing the storage for the app, and the app was then able to recognize my location just fine when redeeming that coupon. Settings --> Apps & Notifications --> NP$ --> Storage & Cache --> Clear Storage

Great idea but terrible platform!! I don't know wut the problem is, but I've got all these reward points & a few coupons that I can't seem to use cause when I'm inside the store and pick the store im in to redeem my coupon it keeps giving me the message of I need to b inside the store & I am & it shows when I map it like way in another area it's crazy!!! So wuts the point of promoting getting coupons for us to save money if we can't actually get to save nothing but waste our time & space on 📱

Not as happy as expected w/the app. I faithfully play the casino games DAILY and have NEVER won & seems like a racket. You should be able to WIN occasionally & points/perks/rewards/ gift cards/coupons? To sit & just push buttons with no skill involved doesn't make it fun. An algorithm decides who "wins" & it's clearly favored to for "house". Also, with the time I spend in the app, codes I enter, etc. I rarely get coupons. Lastly, the content & different & ways to earn points etc. should be daily
