Very easy to work with and put your codes in and build your points for stuff. I wish they would put an offer on here for a carton of cigarettes for so many points lol. Not only that but you never hear of Newport doing stuff like raffles or contests to win stuff like cigarettes or apparel or coupons or anything else like that, maybe this would get to them and give them some ideas for different giveaways or some better coupons or whatever.

DON'T FALL FOR THE REWARDS PROGRAM! It'll only piss you off. I've been a Newport red smoker since they came out. Switched to basics after I was sent TWO virtual cards with "non-existing numbers" after turning in a ton of points. Instead of fixing it Newport just gave me a run-around. Plus the coupons rarely work on this app. I expect better from a company that charges as much as they do for a pack of smokes

The reason for 1 star is that the prepaid cards have a short expiration. I lost 40 dollars and newport or the 3rd party that handles the cards won't help. it's basically use it or lose it. Now only ports are expensive they give too little points, and now they keep whatever money you don't use on the prepaid. Goodbye to Newport, im done spending overpriced cigarettes. Im going to something lot cheaper 3 dollar a pk. 👎

I tried calling customer service to explain my problem I can't log in, and it won't send me the email to reset my password to your email and guess what he actually hung up on me explaining to the problem I had, honestly this made me very mad at the company, I didn't think customer service would hang up on you, and don't send me a coupon send me a pack of Newport red non-menthol 100s as a token for the disrespect because and I don't know what his name was, I was just trying to report issues.
