Very easy to work with and put your codes in and build your points for stuff. I wish they would put an offer on here for a carton of cigarettes for so many points lol. Not only that but you never hear of Newport doing stuff like raffles or contests to win stuff like cigarettes or apparel or coupons or anything else like that, maybe this would get to them and give them some ideas for different giveaways or some better coupons or whatever.

It deserves 5 stars but only giving 2 stars due to the coupons they give aren't accepted in my area I have to travel 11-13 miles away to another county to use them. The prepaid cards are great, although I had issues using the $5 prepaid mastercard, it just kept declining, although everything was correctly done. I hope in the future merchandise is added to items I can use points on. I'd love a Newport wallet or hoodie etc...

The app will not let me log in. I can log in on my laptop or on the site on my phone but not the app. Also got mail saying I was given points for my bday, but I did not.

I think it's BS how you have circle k for a place that takes the coupons, and they stopped taking them they keep refusing me, so I'm wasting my coupon every time I go in a circle k, and I think it's BS because I don't get my coupon back, so I feel as though you all need to fix that or take circle k off where you can use it because it's BS that I'm losing my coupon, and I'm a heavy smoker I give your establishment enough of my money by this time I should be holding shares in your company

This is the stupidest cigarette rewards program I have ever seen, u have a 30 pack a month limit on an addictive product, so u can't even lets say claim ur 2 packs a day if u smoke 2 packs a day, and let's say in March there were 31 days I couldn't enter a pack a day, bc the 30 pack limit. Then when u call customer service it's a durka Indian that doesn't speak English. No supervisors, u answered emails. Marlboro never had a limit per pack on a rewa r 0ds program.
