Very easy to work with and put your codes in and build your points for stuff. I wish they would put an offer on here for a carton of cigarettes for so many points lol. Not only that but you never hear of Newport doing stuff like raffles or contests to win stuff like cigarettes or apparel or coupons or anything else like that, maybe this would get to them and give them some ideas for different giveaways or some better coupons or whatever.

I hate this App, I can log in on my browser however finally get the App to install and then my login information is wrong all of a sudden. Frustrated can use coupons then get the Gift card that constantly Declines however check balance, and it's still on the Gift Card Visa. A complete waste. I've been with Newport since 1992 it's 2026. Cost have gone from $1.99/pack to $12.00/pack. I asked just mail me my coupons. No there are other REWARDS, however you participate and No Reward. SMH

Besides, encountering the exact same problems as everyone else that seems to have left a 1-star review I'd like to say that the scanning equipment at some of the stores that accept coupons don't work. Dollar General employee refused to scan my coupon with the one working scanner they had in store and by then it was too late bc I had already redeemed the coupon. They get $1 and I get stiffed. I think I'll quit smoking now!

The reason for 1 star is that the prepaid cards have a short expiration. I lost 40 dollars and newport or the 3rd party that handles the cards won't help. it's basically use it or lose it. Now only ports are expensive they give too little points, and now they keep whatever money you don't use on the prepaid. Goodbye to Newport, im done spending overpriced cigarettes. Im going to something lot cheaper 3 dollar a pk. 👎
