I'm loving the coupons I get with saving points! But I am only able to get the coupons! I tried to get the visa gift card, and I never received it! I checked everywhere in my email. I even called camel, and they were unable to help me! So I just use points for the camel coupons now. I never did get the visa... Otherwise, I love the games and points!

Unable to open app. Keeps stating password must be 8 or more with a number. My password works online just not on the app.

This app used to work great. Now I can't even log into my account because it keeps telling me to enter a one time pass code it should be sent to my email. But I never get the email. I have had this happen over 10 times and I still can't access my account with all my points. It's upsetting. I can't even log in to use my points or my coupons. It's a waste of time.
