Very worst app and payment option also struggle lot ...it won't open some time. And paying time also same ...again, and again we have too login.waist app. Still NPS is using this means sad 😭

New Content is not getting updated properly as & when they are published (every Friday). Only notification message is showing that new content had been published. Tried a couple of hacks: Uninstalled & reinstalled; Reviewed & Updated Notification Permissions in Settings -- still the messages / content is not getting updated.

User experience is terrible. Slow loading and there is no indication if app is hung or still attempting to get information. Not easy to reverse fee request. More than two months since I raised a request with school for a wrong entry and the backend team still is working on it.
