NS&I has been supporting UK savers for over 160 years, and we’re the only savings provider backed by HM Treasury. That means your money is 100% secure, no matter how much you have saved with us.
View your NS&I accounts, all in one place - You can see the accounts you manage, plus any you manage for someone else, such as a child. Check your transactions - Your transaction history, including any pending payments, are all available in the app. View your Premium Bonds prize history - Check to see if you’ve won a prize in the monthly Premium Bonds prize draw. Find details to add money to your accounts - You’ll find all the details you need to make a bank transfer or set up a standing order to your accounts.
Getting started - You’ll need an NS&I account, such as Premium Bonds or a Direct Saver, and be registered for our online and phone service. - If you’re not yet registered for our online and phone service, visit nsandi.com/online-registration - We’ll ask you for your NS&I number and password the first time you set up the app. After a few simple steps, you can choose to log in next time quickly and securely with biometrics.

The app seems to work fine. It sends you to your web browser for login and authentication, which may be the cause of some of the errors being complained about: I use Firefox, and I got errors with the NS&I website, forcing me to switch browser. Otherwise, everything seems fine!

As you know, I've told you that I absolutely enjoy using your new app to check my Direct Saver account and Premium Bonds account to see how much money I have in each one of those accounts. I also understand that some people are having issues with getting into the new NS&I app. This is because there are spaces at the end of each section where it asks for the account number, the name that it's registered to, and their password. Don't leave spaces there, and it will let you in.

This app is garbage. It won't run if I use the Swift Key keyboard. It won't run if I have developer options enabled. No other banking app has these restrictions.

Can't even login. When it asks for my pin, suddenly the keyboard is disabled.

Installed, opened for the first time, "detected developer options", then closes. How did this ever pass into production

App opens for a few seconds then closes. When I try to log in online and choose option Forgotten Password, it asks me to confirm my mobile number, which I do, it then gives an error message Phone Number Is Mandatory. I then phoned the help line, and it's answered by an AI assistant, which is absolutely useless.

Poor, it stopped working, keep getting developer options message then it just crashes. I've tried uninstalling etc. but nothing works.
