As you know, I've told you that I absolutely enjoy using your new app to check my Direct Saver account and Premium Bonds account to see how much money I have in each one of those accounts. I also understand that some people are having issues with getting into the new NS&I app. This is because there are spaces at the end of each section where it asks for the account number, the name that it's registered to, and their password. Don't leave spaces there, and it will let you in.

Force closes immediately with a brief 'developer options' message. My phone is not insecure because I have the developer options menu enabled....

Poor, it stopped working, keep getting developer options message then it just crashes. I've tried uninstalling etc. but nothing works.

The app refuses to work with the gboard keyboard, which makes it useless to me. It's the only app I've ever encountered that doesn't trust gboard.
