App works fine, but it's kinda weird that I have entered my details about my discount card, and that the discount never gets shown automatically in the journey price, you always have to click a second link to get anything other than the full price. Can we get the discount calculated into the journey price, in accordance with the time slot of je journey?

Active OV-bike rental counter keeps running in notification and the bottom of the app screen for many days (and counting) after the rental has been stopped. Other than that a fine app.

Hello, I need to drop some suggestions. ❌❌❌ 1️⃣ Enable a form contact for Suggestions, bugs and feedback in the NS app, with attachments in the "Mijn NS" menu. 2️⃣ Make OV Chipboard number easier to copy just by 1 tap. 3️⃣ Add the Expiration Date and other details available to our OV Chipkaarts (we need those if we have to report we lost them!). 4️⃣ Create buttons to report lost or stolen OV chipkaarts in each "Card Overview" section that leads to OVPay website and auto-completes the data there.

The travel planner doesn't work very well. When I search for a route with a set arrival time, the order of routes is still set to departure time, and selecting bike for departure or arrival does not do anything unless you click earlier travel advices, then it shows the same advices but with a bike instead of walking.

Horrible monopoly style company, forces the use of their app through obscurity and inconvenience if you don't. Having to physically print train tickets while it's just an QR Code if you don't have the app. Even tho you get an email with that qr code you still have to either print it put or use their app. it's cheaper to go to Berlin or Paris then it is to go to my grandparents in the same country...and they dare call it public transport.

Would have gave it 5 starts till I tried to attach my card for buying tickets for upcoming journey and doesn't allow you to add the card till you have used it on the train. As a tourist that doesn't make sense to me as I don't know where I am going in person and for what zone to travel to and thought the app would be an all-in-one place to get me the right ticket to the right place, I would recommend changing this so first time travelers can have a seamless trip and more likely to use the app
