I'm also experiencing the installation update problem. Maybe it takes manual authentication for each user? I don't know, but I gave 4 stars bc I think it could be really amazing when they get all the bugs worked out. I think everyone tied to the company and app really care about us patients.

Avoid the scammer company at all cost they'll steal your money and drop you as a client. I thought I did my research about this company, and I was sincerely wrong. It is impossible to reach anybody via email they have no phone number. I'm going to be filing a complaint with the Florida State attorney's office.

Nue Life is a scam. Get out if you can. Or just never sign up. I've never had a doctor require me to talk to them every 2 months. They just want money.

These people took my money and helped me in no way when I took what I was supposed to take for my session I completely lost my mind and then nobody would talk to me after that when I tried to call them
