I was in need of an all-inclusive practice management platform that was intuitive, had everything I need for tools as a coach, and was easy to set up and use. Check! I also love the wellness community feature of Your Coach that can allow referrals, guest coaches, and valuable connections with other coaches and mentors. Your Coach is just what I was looking for! I would highly recommend this app for client management. It's a wonderful tool for HIPAA compliant contract and resource sharing, video conferencing, and messaging. Clients can set and rate their progress on their goals, and the fee goes down the more work you do! Great incentive to help more clients, plus the support from the team and the app creators themselves is exceptional.

Ok, based on the reviews, I was really looking forward to setting up and using this app to manage my practice. However, three times in a row, as I was in the PROFILE section and writing the description of my coaching practice, the app locked up and stopped responding. It even locked up my phone and I had to restart. I need something that when I send it to my clients they won't experience this type of thing. Help! Do you have any tips?
