Lots of good classes, for all ages and needs/experience, taken by passionate and encouraging instructors. There are exceptional facilities to use at your discretion and the gym itself is stocked with plenty of different equipment for everyone's needs. The staff are all polite, welcoming and helpful. Due to location there is plenty of parking.

I couldn't get this app to work on an Android phone if the default browser is set to Chrome. Upon opening the app, it presents you with a login button & tapping the button opens a browser window containing just a blank white screen. I previously posted a review comment to mention this and one of the app developers replied & suggested installing a different browser (e.g. Firefox) & setting it as the default browser. This worked around the issue. So the issue just seems to affect Chrome on Android

I tried to download the so-called latest app but could not see what was old and what was new. I was hoping that the new app was effective when booking for classes 8 days in advance at 7.00am when everyone else was trying to log on and book a class, this has not improved so what do you suggest until all members have the same opportunity and your app can cope with the hundreds of people trying to email at the same time.

The staff are friendly and there are a lot of classes to choose and the excessive machine are all good, and it's easy to book on an app.

Bookings disappear, I booked on a class, have a screenshot of the confirmation, but the booking disappeared, and I'm a now way down on the waitlist. Gym reception aware system has glitches, but this keeps happening

This app was apparently improved. Great I thought, perhaps now it won't randomly log me out, so when I wake up just before 7am to book a class, I have to log back in (find my password) and then select my home gym. By the time I have done this, it's now 7.03, and I am 20th on the wait list for the class I am trying to book. Sadly, the app still does this. This app was apparently improved. Mly log me out, so when I wake up just before 7am to book a class.

Too difficult to book onto classes at peak times, ie, when the booking opens.
