Excellent I had trouble installing the app originally, this advice solved the problem in no time: Open a file explorer programme like ES File Explorer (free from PlayStore) 2. Delete the directory called NUHGuidelines 3. Uninstall the app4. Reinstall the app 5. On first start up, make sure you are using WiFi or similar fast,unmetered connection 6. On a fast WiFi, this process might take up to 5 minutes.

Stuck on initial loading message on Google Pixel 3a, Android 10 OS. Tried reinstalling and clearing cache. Unusable for me. Has been great on other phones, including iPhone 7 and Samsung S7. Update 8/7/20: thank you for the response. Still version 2.1.0 on play store, will try again in a few days and update review.
