App has steadily improved since my original review a couple of yrs ago. I use the Bill Pay feature most frequently, and it has worked almost perfectly. Mobile check deposit has also improved. Upon roll out it was buggy and frustrating, it now works much better, not having to retake pictures as often. Still need to use web portal or contact a local branch for some things, but not very often. (4 stars b/c 4.5 not an option)

It took 8 tries to deposit this check which is 8 × 2 many, and it doesn't make sense. If I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do, and then when you go on to it, it tells you to do something else that you're already doing period I'm not happy with Newark right now because one The teller changed my password on my A. T m card, and it still doesn't work right, and then now I'm trying to do a deposit that ain't working.

I love everything about Nu mark but after just signing up for a checking account I can say BMO's check deposit through the app is light years ahead of Nu mark. It's very difficult to capture the picture and this silly app is talking to me the whole time, very annoying. I also don't understand why you have to write on the check "VIA MOBILE DEPOSIT AT NUMARK"? Take BMO's app for a ride, and you will see what I mean. Hope this gets improved!
