As if it's not bad enough being forced to watch an ad without being able to skip it and having the same number multiple times in a single puzzle (inc small boards), you have three numbers interlinked in such a way that one number is completely enveloped in the other two...really!?! You can't do better than that?!! With there being plenty of extra numbers available-even in a small puzzle board...
