Horrible, rarely works as intended, constantly gets stuck on the "saving citation" wheel, crashes pretty regularly when opening the camera to take photos for citations, and 90% of the time won't even load citations history.

Keeps crashing. Full of bugs. When it works, it's great. Please fix. Very unstable app. Sometimes it crashes when trying to take a picture. Other times it crashes while looking up plate info. No rhyme or reason on when app will crash. Hard to do job with such a buggy app. Also, no photos are uploading to our web portal. We like to have pics when people appeal their tickets.
