The app looses connectivity to nuraphone showing the message "nuraphone Disconnected" when Bluetooth was reconnected (put nuraphone off and back on) while the app was not closed but switched or hidden (Android 7). Need to close app and launch it again. Additional frustrating behavior is always connection to nura server first on every app launch, and it doesn't start if internet connection is unavailable. It means that I can not even modify my immersion mode while internet connection is unstable (subway, high speed train, countryside etc.) please make it possible to work in offline mode!

Overall great app! Suggestions: 1) Touch control expansion (Nurture) - it would be great to have triple tap and press-hold options 2) Allow for app connection with only one ear bud. It is inconvenient to have to take out both earbuds every time to access the app (Nurture).

App is cool however, without the app, you cannot use their product. Nura can disable your ear buds/headphones remotely, so be careful. I get the reason why, however as someone who quickly became a fan and scored some earbuds through a bet, now I can't use mine because they locked/disabled them. Oh and good luck trying to accessories because they're always sold out. Are they worth the cost, I'd say yes. Just remember, a couple of hundred for their product...
