I'm 47y old, so I'm basically trying to reduce cognitive decline. But I'm an academic, and attention is central to my work. I've noticed a clear increase in my ability to keep focusing when I'm on meetings or reading. The exercises are difficult, feel like gym for your brain, and you notice the benefits almost straight away.
