Perfect app for work however no option to stay signed in or sign in with fingerprint, so it becomes rather annoying to continuously put in my password 🤦🏻♀️

Family user. App not user-friendly. Very difficult to select care notes from calendar. If 2 carers booked then can only select 1 showing on top & then view tiny Care notes meaningless- only show answers but no questions e.g. Yes, No. Text view is character limited so cannot see everything written 😠 No auto rotate so view tiny. No MAR charts so cannot check if relative been given medication. Attachments/photos do not always open. Care plan unreadable as just a string of text - no breaks/paragraphs.

Unable to leave messages. The concept is great with being able to communicate with care staff when it works! Very frustrating when messages disappear. Communication is vital between family and care staff. Please fix this!!
