I have liked it however you need to update the outstanding balances in real time e.g. today my meter was read, but the App shows June balance yet if I wanted to pay and looked at the App balance, I would be mislead to pay less. Secondly it should show the Telephone numbers of all offices and there locations in the country Thirdly advice clients on water saving tips and payment methods available Fourthly rewards and benefits to people who report water thieves and impersonaters

I have tried registering several times buh it keeps saying "App has Stopped"and closes itself. At first, I thought it's a network problem buh I think it's the app that has a problem. So cos of this I have failed to use the app. Please fix this!
