New app UI design is great, but still you should haave use push notifications for service notifications, otherwise user should always open the app to see them. One issue is, we can't add a complaint. Once submit. The complaint, it is not adding to the complaint list and seems like it is not submitted. Please try to fix these asap. Thanks.

The new update is great. It gives the meter readings, payments, billed amount & very user friendlier than the previous version. Graphs are given to track usage over time. Love it.

New app is way better than the previous one and seems quite stable. As a suggestion I would like to see the latest reading date on bill view card as the current reading date is for the previous reading 🙂

This doesn't come an OTP. This app is confusing. මෙයට OTP එකක් එන්නේ නැහැ. මෙම යෙදුම අවුල් සහගතයි.

This app has a poor functionality, and it is not working for last few months. When I tried to reset my password via Forgot Password option it says that my number is not found. When I try to sign up, it mentions that the user already exists. This app is full of bugs and unable to reset the password with the proper database values. Please rectify these issues and send an update on this. Without that simple functionality this app is worthless. This should be fixed immediately.
