This sucks! The unit is ok, but I have to manually pair it every single time I turn it on to use it & heaven forbid I change the therapy setting then I have to pair it again, if I want to continue using it after a session has ended yep you guessed it I have to pair it again & the buttons on the unit are hard to press especially the + button. I'm beyond frustrated, why is it not automatically paired when I turn it on like everything else paired to my phone. Errrr. Stops me from using it.

It's great when it works. I have to keep signing in every day as it will not save the credentials. The program randomly stops, so it doesn't log I used the device. Randomly unpairs the device.

When it works it's great but crashes constantly and mine hasn't paired with Bluetooth for a week. Even after uninstalling and troubleshooting - can't use it at all

The app logged me out and wouldn't allow me to log back in. I called tech support and after an hour the couldn't help me get back in. they told me the server was down, and it was a known problem should be fixed in an about 5 days I have been using the system in manual mode which only allows me 1 setting. While that helps I would prefer the option to have the massage option. The app is still not working for me it's been 7 days.
