Easy to use, and I get a lot of pain relief.

The app logged me out and wouldn't allow me to log back in. I called tech support and after an hour the couldn't help me get back in. they told me the server was down, and it was a known problem should be fixed in an about 5 days I have been using the system in manual mode which only allows me 1 setting. While that helps I would prefer the option to have the massage option. The app is still not working for me it's been 7 days.

When it works it's great but crashes constantly and mine hasn't paired with Bluetooth for a week. Even after uninstalling and troubleshooting - can't use it at all

Constantly has problems connecting to device, app forgets your password, and it loves to randomly crash. :(
