What a phenomenal way to help make it easier for people to send important documents of proof that need to be faxed, and you don't have the ability to fax it when applying for assistance in the specific County one lives in. It's my 1st time using it, so I pray it gets to correct person. It does not give opportunity to address it to the persons name. Plus no room for notes. It's very straight forward, short, just upload a photo, or file & send. It tells you if sent & you get a # to keep of proof.

I do believe technology has its advantages. My letter was sent to me late, but it gave me the option to use this app to upload my documentation. Which I found to be extremely helpful and easy to use

This app used to be easy. Now I can NEVER use it! It won't even let me log in in. So many people I know have 5he same issues. I don't know why we're told to use this app when we literally never can. I have to send documents in through mail, or email them!

Almost never lets me sign in with my phone. I contacted customer service, and we went back and forth via email for weeks, but they just kept saying there is a problem with my phone even tho it doesn't let me sign in on other phones and doesn't let others sign in with their accounts either. I can't upload anything with laptop and can't sign in with phone and there is no solution. Very unfortunate.

Never works always get an error message when I try to log in. I tried changing my password it won't let me. The app doesn't work.
