Obrix: Job Report & Work Order

Job done? Write the report on the spot, in under 2 minutes, and send your client a professional PDF without going back to the office or a computer.

Obrix is built for people who work in the field: plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, cleaners, gardeners and general maintenance crews.

• New report in under 2 minutes: pick the client and the trade and the checklist is already filled in
• Photos before, during and after, from the camera or the gallery, compressed automatically
• Draw arrows, circles, freehand and text on top of photos; the original is always kept
• Checklists for 7 trades with editable templates: ✓ done, ✕ issue with a note, N/A
• Materials with quantity and unit, with autocomplete from your past jobs
• A timer that keeps counting with the app closed; sessions are printed on the PDF and you can adjust by hand
• Work done, plus remarks or recommendations for the client
• The client signs on your phone screen with name and date; your own signature is saved once
• A beautiful PDF with your logo and accent colour, in 6 templates (3 premium ones unlocked for 24 hours with a short video)
• Send directly by WhatsApp or by email with the subject and message ready, or save to Downloads
• Client book with call, WhatsApp and map buttons, history and total hours per client; import from phone contacts or CSV
• History with search (client, address, materials, notes) and filters
• Recurring maintenance (1, 3, 6, 12 months or a date) with a reminder on the day and a "maintenance due" list on Home
• Export jobs and hours to CSV (free) or Excel .xlsx with totals (after a short video)
• One tap to create a quote in Kifra, with client, hours and materials already copied
• Backup and restore to a .zip file, photos included; automatic backup to a folder of your choice, such as Google Drive
• Works offline, no account, no sign-up: your data stays on your phone
• Dark mode and large text
• In English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian and German
• Free, no subscription

No monthly fees, no account to create, and no bending your work around software built for someone else.

Important: a service report is not an invoice or a tax document. Obrix does not issue invoices.
