I have switched to ocado from asda and am very happy so far. Drivers are always on time and very helpful & polite. Deducting one star just because the melon I've ordered was bitter and hard, and I've found the "low to high" filter including categories that make the data misleading. Overall the fresh products such as fruit/veg were not the best. Not 100% sure yet that I'll be sticking for good but also not regretting the experience

Getting to the checkout is surprisingly difficult. If this was a shop in real life it would involve the checkout operative asking "have you forgot x?" "These offers are incomplete" "are you interested in these offers?" "Could I interest you in these flash sales?" at which point you almost inevitably would just walk out the shop, leaving the groceries you've spent an hour picking bagged up at the end of till. You wouldn't have anything for dinner, except relief that the ordeal was over.

Cannot get my regular order of highland spring. It appears that every time the sun shines it's out of stock! I order this stuff ALL year round & it seems they can't supply their regular customers, so frustrating & annoying. I had this problem last year & I hoped that by now they would have sorted out their supply issues, apparently not! It is not in short supply because there are pallets of the stuff stacked 6 foot high in Sainsbury's. Come on Ocado, SORT THIS OUT!!
