I've been using this app for quite some time already, and I'm glad I don't experience such awful experience like other customers. I am a happy and satisfied customer. Apps are easy to use if your items are out of stock, your personal shopper will message you & will give you a suggestion for replacement. The delivery personnel are also good, they take care of my things, I ordered 9 bottles of wine, and none of it are broken. So far, so good.

The app improved after it was updated. Except now there seem to be bugs that prevent the cart from getting checked out. Hope this gets fixed ASAP. When the app works well, it's very useful and quite convenient. But in the meantime, it's a waste of time esp. if you've put in some time shopping and added quite a number of items in your cart only to find out you won't be able to get them after all. Pls. Fix this!

App is easy to use, but customer service is poor. They had to reschedule my order to the next day due to "unforeseen circumstances" which was okay, however, customer representatives are unresponsive to my request on preferred new delivery time or inquiry if I can opt for a refund instead

Not worth paying extra for shopping fee and delivery free when your instructions are not being followed! What's the point of asking our messaging preferences when you will still go to notify us via SMS?! When it was still under go cart it was free delivery, no shopping fee, no need to tip the rider, and they CALL when something needs to be replaced!!!

Shopping fee is published. Delivery fee is a separate-hidden cost. You don't see the delivery fee until after you confirm order and payment. I tried ordering groceries worth 600 pesos. Shopping fee was 118 pesos. Delivery fee was 148 pesos.
