Hi there Ocean Ex. I downloaded your exchange app and I LOVE its overall look and functionality so far. However, I will not transfer 1 "red cent" to your exchange until I can clearly find the "fine print" on withdraw cost. I read the reviews here, and frankly I am frightened after doing so. I'm a noob to the crypto & am I waiting to learn more before investing more of my money. Many exchanges out there have very low withdraw fees, and before I trust you with my 💰 I require knowing the cost.

Be very, very careful when using this exchange. I was charged 60% of the coins value as the withdrawal fee. So one coin to placed into cold storage that was valued at $450 cost me $250 in withdrawal fees. Very extreme commission. Customer service does respond quickly. Still the answer I received was read the fine print.

I lost my Google authenticator on older device, and now I need to do the kyc again with a note, first time to register and get approved this was not a problem but now when I want to recover my account they say my documents can't be read even when I sent it separately they want the hole selfie + document + note and the document needs to be Readable when I have an old driver license because it's my driver's license, but it's an old piece of paper you know how it is if you're from 90.get hardware wallet
