Good and convenient way for authenticating users in enterprise environment since it replaces traditional passwords in regular Windows domains and web apps (SAML auth). But unfortunately there are no personal plans and no APIs opened for third parties so usage is limited.

No longer approves access by using fingerprint. I now have to unlock by putting in the ridiculously long password every time my computer locks every 15 minutes. It is so aggravating! *Update* Issue has now been fixed, and I can log in using my fingerprint again. Quick assistance on getting the issue resolved.

People really are down on the app because they don't want to use it. That has nothing to do with the app, that has to do with your company security policies, and you NEED security policies. The app itself and the integrations it works with are very impressive, and I would love to be able to use it outside of work. That said, it does inexplicably crash sometimes.

It is frustrating using the authenticator as it gives you mere seconds to place your finger on it to authenticate your identity. The time it gives most definitely needs to be extended. I don't use it unless it's my only option.

Half the time it will expire the authentication before I had a chance to open the request. We are talking milliseconds from the request showing up to putting my finger on the screen. The other half it takes a minute or more to reach so my computer goes dark before I can enter it. And then I have to ask for a new authorization. I wish we used something different for work Incredibly frustrating.

Worst Authentication App I've ever been forced to use. It will crash on me 80% of the time my computer sends an Authentication request. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled twice, and it keeps happening. If I use the standard SDO option, it will constantly get stuck at "Checking Integrity" and do nothing. SDO with Bluetooth works 90% or the time. And the backup password is the same as standard SDO, just with a password instead of a prompt.
