Really helpful tool for organizing daily tasks and managing work schedules. The interface is clean and easy to use, which makes my workflow much smoother.

The location tracking continues after I have signed out, and it drains my battery. The notification keeps coming up, and I enter the app to login then sign back out but the notification still there. I even went to settings and turned off location permissions. Pls fix

Could use a few more customization options, but overall it gets the job done efficiently. It’s reliable and hasn’t crashed on me once.

1. Lone Officer Safety Check sends a notification sometimes minutes after window expires. Sometimes the notification is sent on time, but then going into the app provides nowhere to confirm it. Extremely buggy. Window to confirm in general is far too short. 2. Almost all processes within the app take far too long to reach the server and confirm an action. Whether it be clocking in or out, confirming tours, or writing incident reports. Sometimes the action times out and just provides an error.

Such a downgrade than previous apps. 1) Draining the battery, 2) need few times to try to clock in (even when we do have good connections), 3) cannot take the picture from our phone gallery (what do you expect? Are we suppose to take a picture and type the report simultaneously), 4) too slow, even with a good data connections & with the latest phone? Hope you guys make a massive improvement, it's supposedly better than previous apps.

Nice modern interface. However, that interface makes it nearly impossible to write long logs because of the keyboard overlay on my mobile phone makes it impossible to see the dialog box. Only work around is to use other apps to compose logs and cut and paste. We should not have to do that. My other coworkers say the same.
