The location tracking continues after I have signed out, and it drains my battery. The notification keeps coming up, and I enter the app to login then sign back out but the notification still there. I even went to settings and turned off location permissions. Pls fix

1. Lone Officer Safety Check sends a notification sometimes minutes after window expires. Sometimes the notification is sent on time, but then going into the app provides nowhere to confirm it. Extremely buggy. Window to confirm in general is far too short. 2. Almost all processes within the app take far too long to reach the server and confirm an action. Whether it be clocking in or out, confirming tours, or writing incident reports. Sometimes the action times out and just provides an error.

The app is absolute junk. It constantly logs me out, usually when I'm in the middle of submitting a report. The babysitter feature, aka loan officer, is nothing but a distraction. It tracks me even when I deny that permission, which has to be illegal. I literally uninstall the app after every shift. The battery drain from this app is absolutely no joke. And no tech support help either. They emailed and asked if my issue was resolved when it wasn't even addressed. I would delete this app if I cou

Still an awful experience, slow, & corrupt. Horrendous, fix this immediately. Why can you not upload files and images from gallery or storage anymore? Do you genuinely expect an officer to sit there in person for 10 minutes using your dysfunctional app that constantly fails to upload? Fix it and give us back the ability to upload from gallery, we do NOT have the time to be forced to use your app for pictures & it serves ONLY to destroy the reputation of companies using it by wasting their time.
