App is not easy to use, the buttons are very close to bottom keys and hard to press. Although simple, the UX needs to improve. The transfer rates when your log in are way lower than what they show before login. I don't think I will use it.

When it works, it's good. For some reason, half the time the bottom buttons don't fit in the screen, so I can even complete a transfer.

Unlawful withholding of funds After having been a customer for years transferring significant amounts of money between mainly EUR, USD and GBP OFX withheld a 2000EUR transfer demanding mortgage statements, PaySlips etc. as a condition of release. The request is wholly disproportionate, has no basis in any applicable regulatory requirement under the Remittance Transfer Rule or Fin CEN guidelines, and constitutes an unreasonable withholding of my funds. I had to report OFX to the regulator.
