Overall it is good app. Only thing is when u look at the tickets. Sometimes the scratched and unscratched look identical. But other than that. 99% good

Irritating. Sign in, and it says something went wrong on user end. Don't change a thing, resend it signs in. some people say that the app is unreachable. I found some Wi-Fi won't let you use the app on their system.

The server is down every day at random times... Service is slow to scan tickets even in the rare times the server is up... Requires an extensive, intrusive background check just to get an account open, all just for age verification... State of Ohio taxpayers and lottery players really got their money's worth on this one...

Update 5/9/26 App is broken, again. Points total after scanning non-winning tickets is not adding up correctly. It has screwed me out of about 120 points now.
