Ticket scanner doesn't work. Have to scan ticket, then get out of app, go back in and scan ticket again for it to work.

Have tried to download for the points on looser tickets more than 20 times received an operator to assist waited at least 30 minutes STILL CAN'T RECEIVE POINTS.
