I love this app!! And highly recommend it for busy people who feel like there is no time. There are 5 10 and 15 min meditations, gentle yoga and more. These two options on the app are my favorites. I forget how tension builds up in my Tianna and taking this shirt time out absolutely brings my mauri into a state of peace and calm. AND it's free! This app is a blessing 🙌 🙏 THANK YOU AND BLESS YOU AND YOUR MAHI You are making a difference 🤗 I have to add that inspirational daily cards are offered

I love this app! It has help me get to sleep so much faster & so much earlier 🙏🏼 I was using Mindful Mama's(I love that app too but the cost I could not afford). Also, great that this is a free app 🙏🏼 Please keep it that way 🙏🏼 Will definitely be recommending to everyone I know. Also, I feel some of the sessions in the Mauri tau need to be a bit longer 🙏🏼 I listen to Manawaora & Kia it ate Mauri as it takes these 2 to wind down before listening to Rongo Momoe.
