App keeps crashing when trying to sign up or log in

The worst app in the history of apps. I literally couldn't create an account without it crashing. In the time it took me to try and set up an account I was ticketed by the car park. I then had to drive to a non-KarPark lot and pay there. This app is costing drivers and short term car parks money and business. 0/5 stars. Would give a negative number if I could. Phew, nearly overracted there...

Found a park, close to where we needed to be. Saw we needed the app so downloaded it. Then tried to set it up. Fail. App deleted and Found another place to park. Because of all the faff, we were late, so ended up changing our booking. Fortunately they were very accommodating, otherwise we would have been majorly out of pocket

Awful sign up experience. Better yet, it doesn't even work properly on the latest versions of android - you can click the timer in the top bar as it overflows onto the status menu. Had to split screen the app with another and place it into the lower half of the screen, to prevent it overflowing, finally allowing me to stop the session. Clearly developed by the lowest bidder with no attention to detail nor concern about workflows and user experience. Just avoid any car parks using this solution

Trying to sign up for an account takes an insane number of steps and then when you are finally almost ready to pay.... there is a bug that doesn't let you enter all the credit card info you need. Terrible app!
