Strong and sturdy scooter runs well lots of torque and power goes 20 mph as advertised. The battery stays charged well I can ride 5 miles, and it will still have 90% battery life left. The neon that it emits is pretty and customizable through the okai app. Overall 5 stars.

All in all good app but has to be tweeked IDK about this update but with a previous one I locked myself out I've had to erase the app then dwnld it again only to unlock my scooter which is a lifesaver yet with minor flaw there's a that fuse sometimes I had to unplug it only to plug it again in order for scooter to work but thank God that's happening rarely in general I love the product

The update sucks so bad. I can't change speed mode, check diagnostics, and tons more stuff. The old app was better. Why did you all change it I don't get it? Can't even change speed!!! You all need to fix this. You all messed this up! I spent so much money on these scooters.

Update ruined the app. Theo old version had functions for lighting and most importantly location of the scooter that have disappeared. What happened?

Okai company forces you to share a lot of personal data including but not limited: ID, biometric, real time tracking etc. according their policy, just to ride YOUR OWN vehicle.
