Initially it refused to accept my regular email address, then changed to google mail alternative and then it worked. I am not sure, but for some reason my email (which I used since 1998) is coming up as a throw away or spam domain.

Cannot sign on in the app since earlier this week, tried 2 different phones. Just loads forever, no error message. Can neither lock nor unlock my scooter currently, luckily it was unlocked. Will probably return the scooter if this isn't fixed soon
