I have been a member for almost 45 years. This app has been such a blessing. I live now out of state, but because of the app I am able to carry on with my banking. I do still try to get by one of the offices when in town, as I am on Tulsa frequently. Though I was sorry that the Port of Caboose closed. I use offices all over the Metrocles!

The best place to have your banking needs is that the staff is always friendly and so helpful. Also, OCCU is good on catching breach alerts or fraud situations. Ever since the recent update, the app crashes every time I try to check statements. I want to look at my checking account history to see when I last got paid and to see if recent payments went through but whenever I click on the checking account the app crashes or logs me out saying "you have been timed out due to inactivity"

The new format for the OCCU banking app is difficult to use. It is not intuitive when trying to pay bills. It is clunky. It is annoying to have to remember to put in the decimal point. It isn't easy to see the total paid when paying multiple bills. When trying to pay a bill I can't scroll down to hit Pay or Submit. It won't let me navigate between lines when I'm truing to pay a bill. I'd rather go back to the old system. Even right now, I'm done
