This camera is a failure. When you call them they actually don't care. I am going to sue them for false advertise and not returning any messages. Most of the time it does not record and when it does the footage disappeared. I needed that footage twice for the cops. Don't buy it is a rip-off and them do not what to give back the money. I have asked several times and No response at all.

😡😡😡 1. Disconnects/reconnects randomly from power which results in a very LOUD BEEPING (which CAN'T BE DISABLED) therefore regularly get awoken at night!!! 2. The speak function(microphone function) is sometimes available and sometimes not! 3. When playing back recorded footage/ what happened during a certain period, there are significant gaps in recorded footage. So that one can't necessarily see an incident occurred or not. At a specific time.
