Been using it for a couple of months on OnePlus 3T and Huawei P20 Lite. Can't fault it. Really useful to be able to control remotely, to see the logs and to get push notifications.

I'm giving this a surprise 5 stars because compared to the new version it's to replace, its 5 stars. It works. The new app just doesn't work! HKC if you're reading this, LEAVE THIS VERSION ALONE, DO NOT REMOVE OR END OF LIFE IT! I will cancel my subscription if you do.

Intermittent service. I received notifications for the first few months but don't get them anymore. App is up-to-date and notifications are on. Needs an update

Doesn't send notifications my phone when the alarm goes off, pretty useless now esp as it worked fine on my old phone. Also, the interface is from 2014 or something, the app integrates with nothing, very old and dated piece of software, criminal that they make you pay for such old tech, after 6 years they're still on v1 of the app, its almost like they don't value customers, no future proofing with HKC

Very slow to connect no matter what the signal strength is. App keeps crashing on newer samsung phones that I've tried. Expensive for what you get. Keypad doesn't work for me on the 3 phones I've used it on.
