It has been stuck on processing the withdrawal on my tax-free account since May, and now it's the end of August. I tried to contact Old Mutual and couldn't help me. Went to the branch, told me they know nothing about apps, and they were never trained. I am thinking of leaving Old Mutual in this case. Poor customer service. The app support team never responded to my emails. I did uninstall and install the app. Even on website it's just stucked.

Transactions Statement is gone on the latest update, its behavior like the website now, saying service is down. The problem is the date variable, Tell you developers to change the value of default date from "null" to at least timestamp or date on Transactions Statement page. That will allow the page to load and clients change to desired date. Otherwise, you are loading uninitialized variable on the page, and it bombs out like its doing now
