I love the turkey and avocado. The bagels are awesome, and the fact that they're huge doesn't hurt a bit. The selection is great, and the app is so very convenient when you're in a bit of a rush.

Constantly takes me to the login page just to take me back to the homepage, then when I finally managed to select what I want and select proceed to check out it goes back to the menu and nothing is added to my order. Indefinitely unable to place orders, so the coupon I have earned for creating an account is useless... I'm trying by getting rid of the app and re-downloading to see if that fixes anything, but according to the people at the store the app has all sorts of problems and hardly works

I use Google password manager. I changed my password, and it didn't automatically come up when logging in. That's okay, I'll just select it from my password list. Well, I couldn't find it using any of the normal keywords like old or school or bagel or café. These would seem intuitive. Nope, I had to go through the password change again and find out the website they use has "incentive" on the url. Using "incentive' I was able to find my password. Not a great experience.
