Very disappointed with requested starting bids of especially higher end liquor on auction. In the vast majority of the lots, the boxes (packaging) are opened to display items. It affects the actual value drastically. A large percentage of these types of liquor is readily available in retail stores i.e. Makro, Liquor City, etc. Your auction starting bids are very close to the retail price in these stores. In some cases, after auction fees, it is more expensive to buy it at your auctions

I used to think this was a great app, until I bid on an item and was informed I was the winner, only to be informed by the auction house that I did not in fact win the auction

I thought the app was awesome and user-friendly until it kept getting stuck on items I was bidding on. It still shows your bid as current bid and "you are winning" with no option to slide to bid any further, but meantime someone has outbid you and the lot has been sold to them. It happened on at least 2/10 bids, and in another I landed up paying more than what I was swiping for (and above limit). Very frustrating!
